Chef Jason Sumpter graduated from the South East Institute of Culinary Arts in 2005. He has worked throughout N. Florida and Puerto Rico preparing a wide variety of cuisines from around the world.
Jason immersed himself in his craft while traveling throughout Southeast Asia, Central America and the Caribbean. Chef Jason combines his culinary skills with his laid back, healthy lifestyle to create delicious, unique dishes with freshness and health in mind.
